Product Introduction
I. Product Overview:
The LH-67SG macroporous adsorption resin, a copolymer of divinylbenzene and methyl methacrylate, features high exchange capacity, minimal volume change, excellent mechanical strength, chemical stability, anti-fouling properties, oxidation resistance, and rapid exchange rates. This material demonstrates exceptional performance in applications such as stevia extraction and separation, while also proving highly effective for treating chemical and industrial wastewater, as well as recovering and purifying chemical products.

1. Appearance: milky white to light yellow opaque spherical particles
2. Adsorption capacity of sweet leaf: ≥9
3. Particle size range: 0.3~1.25mm (20 ~ 60 mesh) ≥90%
4. Wet visual density (g/ml): 0.65-0.75
5. Moisture content: 65 ~ 75%
III. Product Features:
1. The color from milky white to light yellow brings convenience to the treatment operation, and it is easy to observe the separation and purification of colored organic compounds.
2. Stable physical and chemical properties, insoluble in any acid, alkali and organic solvent, convenient for the selection of adsorbent and desorption agent. High temperature resistance, can be used below 150℃.
3. It has good selectivity for organic matter and is not affected by the presence of inorganic salts, such as the removal of higher fatty acids and lipids in alcoholic drinks.
4. It is easy to regenerate, and the regeneration agent can be selected from water, dilute alkali, dilute acid or low-boiling organic solvents, such as methanol, ethanol, acetone, etc.
5. Moderate strength and long service life.
IV. Notes:
1. The resin has a large water content, so the temperature should be kept between 5-40℃ during storage and transportation to prevent the freezing and cracking of the sphere at low temperature and the mold formation at high temperature, which will affect the use.
2. If the resin is exposed to air or loses water for some reason, do not inject water directly to avoid floating the resin. Ethanol impregnation treatment can be used to restore the wet state of the resin, and then clean it with water.
3. Industrial grade commercial resin must be pretreated before use. Pure resin can be used directly. For safe use, it can be soaked and rinsed with ethanol or double distilled water before use.
